Barbra was able to see a vision of what a piece of property can offer and the potential it can have. She selected an entire team early on in the process and allowed each party to create and coordinate together from the beginning. Barbra was able to communicate her vision at a high level while still letting the team add its creativity to the project. She leads through organization, respect, and kindness. By the end of the project we felt we were more of a family than a team. It has been a pleasure working with Barbra and we look forward to many more years to come!
