Ricky Neems is a fantastic real estate agent. He showed my husband and I several apartments around the West Loop. He knew exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time with units we would not love. I had a very crazy specific list (close to an el, close to coffee/restaurants, amenities, big bedroom, etc), and he nailed it! Not to mention is extremely professional and responsive, he always responded to my MANY emails and questions. He was truly an expert on the neighborhood and knew the answers to all my questions about the area! I would highly recommend working with him to find your next home. 10/10!!
